About SPRIBE’s Social Responsibility
SPRIBE — the developer of the Aviator game — takes part in humanitarian and charitable initiatives that support communities in need. While the company does not publicly present a permanent CSR/ESG program, there are verified cases of financial support for humanitarian relief and education. NEXT.io+1
Humanitarian Support (Ukraine)
In March 2022, SPRIBE contributed £11,000 to the industry-wide fundraising campaign “Gaming Industry for Ukraine.” The campaign was organised by figures in the European iGaming sector to raise money for humanitarian aid for civilians affected by the war in Ukraine, with funds directed to the charity Choose Love for emergency support such as medical supplies, shelter, transportation and legal help for people displaced by the conflict.

That same campaign went on to raise more than £250,000 in total, with SPRIBE (listed as Spribe OU) named among the major supporters alongside other well-known gaming and betting brands. The donations were channelled to on-the-ground NGOs providing direct humanitarian assistance in and around Ukraine.

Founder Philanthropy (Education & Entrepreneurship)
SPRIBE’s founder and CEO, David Natroshvili, is personally involved in philanthropy focused on education and entrepreneurship.
In 2025, David Natroshvili and his wife made a private donation to Kutztown University (USA), where he completed his MBA. In recognition of this gift, the university officially dedicated the “David Natroshvili Small Business Development Suite,” a hub that supports student entrepreneurs, innovation and small business development on campus. The university describes this space as a “lasting impact” and highlights it as an example of private support that directly benefits future founders.

Public posts from Kutztown University confirm the ribbon-cutting event and describe Natroshvili as the founder and CEO of SPRIBE, noting that his contribution is intended to “inspire future entrepreneurs” and strengthen real-world business mentorship for students.

Responsible Growth & Ethics
SPRIBE positions itself as an innovator in iGaming technology, but also emphasizes responsible growth:
- supporting humanitarian relief during crisis situations,
 - supporting education and early-stage entrepreneurship,
 - and promoting responsible gaming standards in regulated markets.

While SPRIBE does not publish a standalone annual charity/CSR report, the actions above show that both the company and its leadership contribute financially to causes linked to humanitarian aid and to long-term economic opportunity through education.
